NAMI Pinellas County Florida, Inc., will hold the Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday, June 25, 2020 via Zoom (due to COVID19).
The meeting includes a vote to approve modified Bylaws and elect six NEW Directors to the Board. Regular Members in good standing as of the date of the meeting are eligible to vote, noting that each Member shall have one vote.
The Nominating Committee of the Board has proposed six nominees to fill the open seats on the Board, and information on these nominees can be read here.
The meeting will also provide the membership with an impact report of the organization.
