NAMI LGBTQ+ Connection Virtual Support Group is a free, peer-led virtual support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others in a safe and confidential environment. The groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who have lived experience and are now living in recovery.
NAMI’s Support Groups are unique because they follow a structured model to ensure you and others in the group have an opportunity to be heard and get what you need. The group meets In-Person on the 2nd Thursday of the Month at USF St. Pete Wellness Center from 6 PM – 7:30 PM
