NAMI Adult Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led virtual support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others in a safe and confidential environment. The groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who have lived experience and are now living in recovery.
NAMI’s Support Groups are unique because they follow a structured model to ensure you and others in the group have an opportunity to be heard and get what you need. The group meets Virtually on rotating Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Additionally, there is an In-Person meeting on the first Monday of every month at Windmoor Healthcare from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
