Program Details
Mental health is a frequently overlooked aspect of African American health care, especially among women. The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization offers advice for helping African American women handle the stresses of everyday life and prepare for long-term mental health by sharing stories of recovery and exploring various mental health conditions. Recommended for ages 16-21.
